Held since 1992, the IEEE Haptics Symposium (HAPTICS) is a vibrant interdisciplinary forum where psychophysicists, engineers, and designers come together to share advances, spark new collaborations, and envision a future that benefits from rich physical interactions between humans and computers, generated through haptic (force and tactile) devices.
Submission of technical papers is now closed. We received 129 complete submissions, which is a 19.4% increase over 2016. Many thanks to the 345 unique co-authors who submitted their latest research to Haptics Symposium!
The deadline for technical paper submissions has been extended to Friday, October 27th at 11:59 pm PT (Pacific Time). No futher extensions will be made.
